Shelly the Mermaid

Shelly introduces herself to all the children and tells them a bit about herself and where she lives (at the Golden Pond). She plays various games with the children (chosen to suit the age group attending the party), some magic routines and does either face painting or balloon animals (or both if there are only around 10 children at the party).
